Fees
The hourly fee is defined by the complexity of the case, by the language of the documents as well as a possible urgency of the case. We will inform you of the proposed fee for each new case after a brief exam of the files you submit. We will provide an estimate of the fees to the extent possible. An advance is then calculated on this basis and is to be paid within 10 to 30 days according to the time taken up by the case.
Persons with limited financial means can benefit from legal assistance under certain conditions.
